Support us by volunteering your time.

  • Assisting with coordination of speakers
  • Communicating to others changes/additions of speakers
  • Able to attend meetings on 3rd Wednesday of the month at 6:30pm
  • Arrange tables or direct others to arrange tables as needed by speakers
  • Maintain materials table (bringing materials, keeping it tidy)
  • Maintain Resources table (bringing materials, keeping it tidy)
  • Maintain Refreshments table (keeping it tidy and putting someone in charge of bringing refreshments)
  • Bringing name tags and sign-in sheets
  • Assisting Program Coordinator with any special requests
  • Able to attend meetings on 3rd Wednesday of the month at 6:30pm
  • Maintain lighting
  • Maintain audio
  • Assisting with hookups to projectors
  • Assisting with microphone transfers
  • Must have some low-level IT knowledge
  • Equipment is already provided by Metro Health University of Michigan and you can be trained on operation of all these devices.

  • Creation of physical and digital flyers as needed for meetings and online
